To identify, develop, and manage talent to grow their career, brand, and opportunities while aligning with company or client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Scout, audition, and recruit talent such as artists, influencers, athletes, actors, or employees with high potential.
Career Development
Create growth plans, training, coaching, and exposure opportunities to build skills and visibility.
Contract & Opportunity Management
Negotiate contracts, brand deals, auditions, gigs, or internal placements. Protect the talent’s interests.
Brand & Image Management
Guide public image, social media presence, portfolio, and PR strategy to keep the talent marketable.
Performance & Welfare Support
Monitor progress, give feedback, handle challenges, and ensure the talent’s wellbeing and professionalism.
Stakeholder Relations
Liaise with brands, agencies, legal teams, and media on behalf of the talent.
Requirements
- Education: Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, Communications, Performing Arts, or related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years in talent management with more than 2 years as a talent manager is a must.
- Skills: Negotiation, networking, communication, contract knowledge, social media, and people management.
- Traits: Discreet, proactive, well-connected, and results-driven.
