Supermarket Manager

A leadership opportunity is now open within the retail sector in Abu Dhabi for an experienced and results-driven Supermarket Manager. A well-established supermarket chain is seeking a strong professional who can take full ownership of store operations and lead teams toward achieving operational and sales excellence.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid UAE retail exposure who are confident in handling end-to-end supermarket management responsibilities independently. Immediate joiners with proven leadership capabilities are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete day-to-day supermarket operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Drive sales performance while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and effective replenishment processes.
• Control shrinkage, wastage, and losses through proper monitoring and store controls.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve high performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and UAE retail regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket or large retail store management.
• Mandatory UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage full-store operations independently.
