About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven professional to partner with the Group CEO in shaping the future of our organization. This role is critical for driving business growth, operational excellence, and transformation. You will lead high-impact projects, enhance performance management, and implement innovative solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership & Execution: Partner with the Group CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable results.
- Innovation & Solution Implementation: Identify and implement innovative products, technologies, and business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Monitor organizational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Transformation: Drive business process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, service delivery, and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and establish project governance frameworks to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Certification: Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent certification is required; an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, or project management.
- Proven Project Management: Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis, business planning, and performance management skills, with experience using project management tools.
- Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
