We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, materials, and equipment related to fire fighting and fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will ensure proper storage, tracking, and issuance of materials in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the system
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements
- Prepare delivery notes, GRNs, and stock reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in fire fighting, MEP, or construction industry
- Knowledge of fire protection materials and equipment is an advantage
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and MS Excel
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle physical workload and manage warehouse operations
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety practices
