Dubai Holding Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across its Abu Dhabi locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations including sales, inventory, cash handling, and staff supervision
- Drive sales growth through strategies, promotions, and performance monitoring
- Lead, motivate, and develop store team members to achieve high performance
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and handle complaints efficiently
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in store management or supervisory roles
