Bridges Speech Center & Bridges Care Speech Therapy Center is expanding its multidisciplinary healthcare team and is seeking passionate professionals to join its Dubai operations. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified therapists who are committed to providing high-quality care and supporting patients in achieving their developmental and rehabilitation goals.
The center is hiring both Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists. Candidates with pediatric experience are preferred; however, fresh graduates with DHA eligibility are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs for patients.
• Provide speech, language, or occupational therapy services based on patient needs.
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Develop therapy goals and recommend appropriate intervention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DHA standards and professional guidelines.
• Promote a supportive and patient-centered care environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility is required.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Arabic-speaking Speech & Language Therapists are required.
• Occupational Therapists with Arabic or English language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pediatric assessment and therapy techniques.
• Patient evaluation, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
