InformData is seeking a detail-oriented Verifications Specialist to support the accuracy and reliability of candidate information provided through employment and leasing applications. The role involves verifying candidate details by communicating with educational institutions, professional references, military organizations, and employers.
The successful candidate will help maintain high data quality standards by conducting verification processes, handling communication professionally, documenting information accurately, and ensuring reliable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with academic institutions, employers, military organizations, and professional references to verify candidate information.
• Maintain professionalism during all internal and external communications.
• Review and verify information while following established quality standards and guidelines.
• Handle escalated verification cases with institutions and employers.
• Accurately document verification details and maintain organized records.
• Support data accuracy and contribute to improving verification processes.
Requirements:
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to accurately capture information.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Strong persistence and ability to ask effective questions.
• Ability to quickly and accurately document information.
