TalentSync Global is recruiting a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine for a well-established multi-specialty hospital in Abu Dhabi. The hospital serves a large and diverse patient population and offers a dynamic clinical environment focused on high-quality patient care.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing specialist consultations and managing both inpatient and outpatient complex medical cases, including chronic disease management. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
This position also involves participation in clinical meetings, continuous medical education (CME) activities, and hospital quality improvement initiatives, contributing to overall healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialist internal medicine consultations and inpatient care
• Manage complex and chronic medical cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in departmental meetings and CME activities
• Contribute to hospital quality improvement programs
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and clinical reporting
Requirements:
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Specialisation in Internal Medicine (MRCP / ABIM / Arab Board or equivalent)
• Valid HAAD / DOH license or eligibility letter
• Minimum 5 years post-specialisation clinical experience
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Internal medicine diagnostics and treatment protocols
• Chronic disease management
• Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient care
