Lead end-to-end planning and management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across enterprise programs and projects.
Support annual budgeting cycles and provide financial input into business cases and solution design.
Monitor budget performance, track variances, and ensure financial governance and cost control.
Manage onboarding, governance, and performance of partners, including KPI/SLA tracking and reviews.
Ensure compliance with contracts and oversee partner payments, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
Maintain and optimise IMS reporting, ensuring data integrity and zero historical liabilities through proactive reconciliation.
Oversee full inventory and asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal.
Ensure stock availability using demand forecasting and align procurement with pricing and vendor requirements.
Drive process improvements, automation, and governance across financial, inventory, and partner management functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and support system enhancements through requirements gathering and UAT participation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/BBIT/Supply Chain/Procurement or related relevant field
2years experience in operations support function in a busy Enterprise/Telco implementation and deployment environment or Supplier/Partner Management roles
Strong Analytical and reporting skills
Project Management and good working knowledge of Finance and Budgeting
Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum
Fair appreciation of telecommunications/IT and network related equipment and solutions
