Role Overview

The Senior Product Analyst keeps DELTA’s live digital products dependable by watching system health, investigating faults and helping teams address issues before they disrupt users. Working with Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical and Research colleagues, you will use platform, usage and cost information to guide testing, prioritise improvements and support safe, consistent digital health services for mothers.

Key Responsibilities

• Track DELTA product and platform health, investigate irregularities, and alert Product and Engineering teams to emerging reliability or cost concerns.
• Maintain product dashboards and performance reports, ensuring they answer the operational and decision-making needs of internal teams.
• Plan and conduct release testing with Clinical, Data and Engineering QA colleagues, checking standard workflows as well as failure cases and less common scenarios.
• Record, prioritise and follow technical, content and workflow defects—including issues raised by users—through investigation, resolution and verification.
• Keep product configuration assets accurate and organised, including structured data files, variables, identifiers, tags, intents, entities and metadata.
• Update conversational journeys, prompts, menus, responses and error handling as product needs or user feedback change.
• Review interaction, usage and cost data to spot recurring faults, user drop-offs and other patterns; turn findings into clear requirements and backlog items.
• Support user acceptance testing, release readiness, acceptance criteria, backlog discussions and product documentation, while maintaining QA processes and operational playbooks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Typically, 4–5 years of experience in digital product support or maintenance, quality assurance, bug triage, product or data analysis, or product configuration. Strong recent graduates with relevant project or internship experience may also be considered.
• Practical experience supporting a live digital product, monitoring its performance, identifying problems and helping teams deliver fixes.
• Ability to test digital workflows systematically, uncover edge cases, write clear defect reports and track issues through to closure.
• Experience working in an Agile setting and collaborating across disciplines and functions.
• Familiarity with chatbots, conversational user experience, SMS or WhatsApp products, or digital health is an advantage.
