Role Overview

We are seeking a highly articulate, tech-savvy Software Sales Executive to accelerate the market footprint of our digital business solutions. Your primary objective is to identify high-potential business clients, demonstrate the commercial value of our software products, and convert active pipelines into long-term subscribers. This position bridges high-touch consultative selling with technical solution mapping; you will steer clients from cold outreach and product demonstrations through to corporate onboarding and system implementation. The role demands an ambitious, target-driven commercial professional who understands the lifecycle of SaaS, ERP, or automation software and can smoothly navigate complex corporate decision-making structures.

Areas of Accountability

Pipeline Acquisition & Revenue Generation

  • Systematically map, target, and convert corporate clients across diverse industries using networking, strategic cold calling, and email outreach frameworks.

  • Deliver engaging software demonstrations, custom product walk-throughs, and technical value presentations to prospective buyers.

  • Formulate and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, financial quotations, and tender documents that align client pain points with product capabilities.

  • Manage individual pipelines methodically to consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual commercial revenue targets.

Account Management & Implementation Sync

  • Cultivate and insulate deep, long-term partnerships with corporate decision-makers to cultivate brand loyalty and high account retention.

  • Conduct regular diagnostic client audits to identify opportunities for upselling supplementary software modules or cross-selling new IT lines.

  • Act as the lead point of contact through the entire sales lifecycle, coordinating smoothly with software engineers to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Market Intelligence & System Tracking

  • Track local technology market shifts, competitor features, pricing changes, and emerging software delivery trends.

  • Aggregate direct field user feedback regarding system bugs or feature requests to guide product improvement pipelines.

  • Update CRM software tools diligently, logging active lead details, touchpoint histories, and precise transaction statuses.

  • Draft detailed weekly and monthly sales forecasts, activity metrics, and territory health scorecards for management evaluation.

Brand Visibility & Campaign Alliances

  • Participate actively in product launching events, regional tech exhibitions, and corporate networking forums to boost brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and digital strategy teams to maximize the performance of software product campaigns and lead-generation funnels.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a matching field.

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, verified sales experience explicitly covering software solutions, SaaS products, cloud applications, ERP setups, or business automation tools.

  • Methodology Mastery: Thorough understanding of B2B software sales lifecycles, consultative selling frameworks, and corporate contract negotiation.

  • Digital Toolkit: Familiarity with modern CRM infrastructure and structured sales reporting methodologies.

Tactical Competencies

  • Consultative Agility: Elite communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex software architecture into direct commercial benefits.
