Description:
Our company is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to manage villa renovation projects across the UAE, with a focus on MEP works. The role requires hands-on supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all renovation projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in villa renovation projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise site activities efficiently.
