Proficient is hiring a qualified Site HSE Manager on behalf of a major civil construction company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for experienced HSE professionals with a solid background in managing health, safety, and environmental standards on large-scale construction projects.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in construction, villa, and road works projects and must be available within the UAE for immediate joining. The company offers a competitive salary package along with visa, insurance, and additional employment benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental management across construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable HSE regulations.
• Monitor safety performance and implement effective risk control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture among project teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure safe execution of construction activities.
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of HSE Management experience.
• Experience in construction, villa, and road works projects.
• NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma, NEBOSH IGC & Graduate qualification.
• Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
• Nationality preference: Indian.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Health, Safety, and Environmental management practices.
• Construction site safety regulations and compliance.
• Risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident prevention.
