JOIN OUR TEAM | SITE COORDINATOR – ABU DHABI
Al Mansoor Group is currently looking for a dedicated and well-organized Site Coordinator to oversee on-site activities and support smooth project execution. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating with multiple teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure activities are carried out according to project plans.
- Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Progress Monitoring: Track work progress, timelines, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.
- Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold company quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
- Experience: Proven background as a Site Coordinator or in a comparable position.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities along with clear communication and coordination skills.
- Work Approach: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain proactive in a site-based environment.
