Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product recommendations and skincare advice
- Drive sales by upselling and closing transactions to meet individual and store targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure product displays are well-presented
- Represent the brand on TikTok and other social media channels, creating engaging content as needed
- Stay updated on skincare trends and product knowledge to deliver excellent service
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, beauty, or customer service is an advantage
- Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills
- Personality: Confident, presentable, and approachable demeanor
- Passion: Genuine interest in skincare and beauty products
- Work Ethic: Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Social Media: Comfortable appearing on TikTok and contributing to social media content
