Roles and Responsibilities
As a Service Intern, you will work under the guidance of experienced Service Technicians and Engineers to support daily workshop and field service operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities on electric buses.
- Support routine vehicle inspections and servicing activities.
- Learn and perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and securing electrical connectors and components.
- Support coolant level checks, tyre inspections, and general vehicle health checks.
- Observe and assist during diagnostic and repair activities.
- Learn safe handling of EV systems and workshop equipment.
- Support documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards.
- Follow all BasiGo safety procedures, especially High Voltage (HV) safety requirements.
- Participate in continuous learning sessions, toolbox talks, and technical training.
- Perform any other duties assigned in support of service operations.
