A reputable organization is currently looking to hire a skilled and experienced Senior Software / IT Support Executive to join their team in the UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals who have strong technical expertise in IT support, ERP systems, and network management. The role involves providing efficient technical solutions, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth system operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for ERP systems, ensuring smooth functionality and issue resolution
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related problems in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewall configurations
• Deliver client training sessions and offer remote technical assistance when required
• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability across all IT operations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong knowledge and experience working with ERP modules
• Practical experience in managing Fortinet firewalls and network systems
• Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
