· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a quality engineering role.

· Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication, stamping, welding, coating and assembly processes; experience with biomass cookstoves or similar consumer durables is an added advantage.

· Proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing and approving design drawings, 3D models, jigs and fixtures, including GD&T.

· Experience supporting New Product Development through stage gate processes, including design reviews and pilot builds.

· Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto) and experience managing CAPA.

· Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and PPAP.
