Al Jazeera International Catering LLC (AJIC) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic HR functions, supporting business operations, and developing effective people management practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to drive HR initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall HR operations and strategic workforce planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and talent development activities
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare workforce reports
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior HR management role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment
