Description:
A reputed organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join its Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who is passionate about managing employee relations, supporting business operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE employment regulations.
The successful candidate will oversee daily HR functions, contribute to recruitment and employee engagement initiatives, and maintain accurate HR records. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where you can play a key role in supporting the organization’s workforce and HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reporting.
• Coordinate performance management and employee relations activities.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Human Resources.
• UAE HR experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and UAE Labour Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
