Description:
GSS Tech Group is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Technology Engineering team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud-native technologies, automation, and enterprise infrastructure who can support Agile delivery teams in building reliable and scalable platforms.
The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage modern DevOps environments while driving automation, improving engineering processes, and maintaining highly available application delivery platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced cloud technologies and DevSecOps practices in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage modern DevOps platforms and automation frameworks.
• Support Agile delivery teams with scalable application delivery solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps best practices.
• Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Monitor system performance and maintain high-availability enterprise environments.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and platform reliability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience implementing GitOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and DevSecOps integration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
• Strong knowledge of:
