Meridian Trade Links is hiring experienced hospitality professionals for a fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The company is seeking a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager who can effectively manage daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong restaurant operations experience, preferably within French or Italian dining concepts, along with expertise in specialty coffee, team leadership, and customer service. Candidates with pre-opening restaurant experience will have an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant teams to maintain high performance standards.
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer relations professionally.
• Monitor service quality, operational procedures, and restaurant standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support pre-opening activities and operational setup if required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Experience working in French or Italian restaurants is preferred.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
