Description:
A well-established educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Nurse to support the health and well-being of its students. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing pediatric or school-based nursing care and promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.
The School Nurse will be responsible for managing student health needs, providing first aid and emergency care, maintaining medical records, and supporting the overall wellness of the school community. Candidates must hold a valid DOH license and demonstrate a strong commitment to student health and preventive care practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medical care, first aid, and emergency support to students and staff.
• Monitor and manage student health concerns and maintain accurate medical records.
• Promote health awareness and preventive care initiatives within the school.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as required, following school protocols.
• Support students with chronic health conditions and coordinate care plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to ensure student well-being.
• Maintain compliance with DOH regulations and school health policies.
Requirements:
• Valid DOH License is mandatory.
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing is preferred.
