CAREHUB Global Home Hospitalization Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Nursing Manager to lead nursing operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, managing nursing teams, monitoring performance standards, and supporting continuous improvement within healthcare services. This role requires a strong nursing leader with proven experience in hospital or home healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage regional nursing operations to ensure quality patient care.
• Drive clinical excellence and maintain high standards of nursing services.
• Monitor nursing performance, KPIs, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, quality requirements, and patient safety practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing teams.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in nursing leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience in hospital or home healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of nursing standards, quality management, and patient safety.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Valid Nursing Practice License.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Nursing operations and healthcare service management.
• Clinical quality standards and patient safety practices.
• Team leadership, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
• Home healthcare and hospital nursing procedures.
