About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility of performing some tasks remotely. As a Salesperson, you will represent ICEA LION Group professionally, identifying and connecting with potential customers, building strong client relationships, and understanding customer needs to recommend suitable insurance and financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend customized insurance and financial products.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
- Conduct market research and business development to identify new opportunities.
- Represent ICEA LION Group professionally in all client and public interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation.
- Knowledge of Financial Services and Insurance products, with the ability to develop customized solutions.
- Proficiency in Market Research, Business Development, and Strategic Planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is an advantage.
