Role Overview
As a Land Sales Representative based in Kamakis, you will guide prospective buyers from their first inquiry through plot selection, site visits, negotiations, and the steps toward completing a purchase. Your work will combine digital lead generation with face-to-face selling, helping the business turn buyer interest into land sales while building a reliable flow of referrals and repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from WhatsApp Business, social media, the company website, and walk-in prospects; assess each buyer’s needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
- Present available plots, explain relevant title documentation and payment arrangements, and answer questions clearly during in-person or virtual sales discussions.
- Arrange and lead visits to developments in Kamakis and nearby areas, helping clients assess plots and understand their options.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, address objections, and negotiate purchase terms within approved company guidelines.
- Develop relationships with property agents, brokers, investment groups, SACCOs, and diaspora networks to generate individual and bulk-buying opportunities.
- Coordinate deposits, offer letters, agreements, and title-transfer paperwork with the relevant conveyancing colleagues.
- Keep CRM records current, including client conversations, appointments, site visits, and progress toward completion; maintain contact with buyers to encourage referrals and further purchases.
- Track daily sales activity and prepare weekly updates on pipeline progress, conversions, bookings, and revenue; share significant client concerns or transaction delays with management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Two to four years of practical sales experience, ideally in real estate, microfinance, banking, insurance, FMCG, or another high-value direct-sales environment.
- Confident presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills, including the ability to communicate effectively during property tours.

- A target-driven, resilient approach to prospecting and follow-up.
- Knowledge of Ruiru, Kamakis, or the wider Nairobi satellite property market is an advantage.
