We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential clients.
- Multi-Channel Strategies: Execute campaigns across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure alignment with our target market.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed activity and conversion goals on a consistent basis.
- Coordination with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and hand off leads effectively.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (SDR, outbound, or call center).
- CRM Proficiency: Proven experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
- Bilingual – Advanced English: Level B2+/C1, with minimal accent (mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
