Sales & Marketing Executive – Events & Exhibitions

AL ANDALUS NOVA GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join its UAE team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry who are passionate about business development, client relationship management, and marketing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting event and exhibition solutions, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. Candidates with strong UAE market knowledge and experience in exhibitions and event services will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities within the UAE Events & Exhibitions market.

• Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies.

• Promote exhibition stands, event solutions, fabrication, and related services.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.

• Convert qualified leads into successful projects while achieving monthly sales targets.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.

• Support social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and site visits when required.

• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure project requirements are communicated effectively.

• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience.

• Experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry is required or strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.

• Strong lead generation and client conversion skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of exhibition stands, fabrication, production, and installation is an advantage.

• Experience with social media and digital marketing.

• Creative, proactive, organized, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

• UAE driving license is preferred.
