Oil States is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its conductor and casing product line across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to expand regional business, strengthen customer relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives within the oil and gas industry.
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, the successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key customer accounts, support commercial negotiations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Frequent travel across the Middle East will be an essential part of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Middle East sales strategy to achieve business growth.
• Identify upcoming drilling activities and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
• Build strong partnerships with technical, drilling, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Support tender submissions, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor market trends across the region.
• Travel regularly throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Iraq.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical sales within the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with conductor, casing, or OCTG products is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and account management abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East.
