- Product demonstrations
- Follow-ups
- Negotiations
- Closing
- Develop strategies to improve:
- Pipeline velocity
- Conversion rates
- Revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance and identify:
- Bottlenecks
- Growth opportunities
- Performance trends
- Implement process improvements to maximize sales effectiveness.
Sales Enablement & Onboarding
- Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires.
- Coach team members on:
- Sales methodologies
- Objection handling
- Negotiation techniques
- CRM best practices
- Communication skills
- Develop and improve:
- Sales playbooks
- Call scripts
- Outreach messaging
- Sales processes
- Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and market awareness.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Review and manage sales pipelines daily.
- Monitor:
- Deal progression
- Forecast accuracy
- Close rates
- Pipeline health
- Sales activity metrics
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and consistent sales documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership.
- Improve:
- Lead quality

- Share customer insights to strengthen marketing and product strategies.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Account Management, or Revenue Leadership.
- Proven success leading sales teams that consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.
