Sales Manager

Role Overview

As Sales Manager, you will grow the company’s outbound travel and holiday-package business in Dubai, working with both individual travellers and corporate clients. The role combines sales planning, customer relationship management, and knowledge of airline reservations to help customers choose suitable travel options while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of outbound tours, holiday packages, and related travel services.
• Develop new client accounts and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customers’ travel needs and recommend appropriate packages and ticketing options.
• Present and promote travel products, negotiate with prospective customers, and follow up on enquiries.
• Work toward assigned sales goals and track progress against targets.
• Keep informed about travel-market developments and identify opportunities to broaden the customer base or service offering.
• Coordinate with relevant colleagues or suppliers to support reservations and deliver a smooth customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in outbound tours and airline ticketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of outbound travel packages and airline reservation and ticketing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to pursue sales targets, negotiate effectively, and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with sales methods and customer relationship management practices.
