Sales Executive – Automotive

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will help customers in Dubai choose vehicles and automotive services, from initial enquiry through quotation and follow-up. Your work will support revenue growth by bringing in new prospects, meeting sales targets, and building customer relationships across vehicle sales, garage services, repairs, detailing, paint protection film, and ceramic coating.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell vehicles and automotive services, matching available options to each customer’s needs.
• Handle incoming enquiries, prepare clear quotations, and follow up promptly with prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business leads through consistent prospecting.
• Work toward monthly sales goals and monitor opportunities through to completion.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and prospective buyers.
• Explain service options, product features, and relevant benefits in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

• One to three years of sales experience.
• Automotive sales or related industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Working knowledge of automotive products and services, sales methods, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, and progress sales discussions effectively.
• Self-motivated approach and capacity to work toward sales targets.
• A UAE driving licence is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in business, sales, marketing, automotive studies, or a related area is indicated.
