Sales Executive – Logistics

Swift Wing Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive – Logistics to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company’s logistics solutions, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Immediate joiners and candidates with logistics industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities within the logistics sector.

• Promote logistics services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate to successfully close sales.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance is an advantage.

• Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with logistics industry experience are preferred.

• UAE driving license is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Freight forwarding and logistics operations.

• Air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.

• Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
