Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and results-driven entry level Sales Executive to support the growth of their eyewear business.
  • The role will focus on driving sales, onboarding and managing distributors, and delivering an excellent customer experience to both individual buyers and retail partners.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly engaging, target-driven, and capable of building strong, long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to expand market reach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners
  • Engage directly with individual customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable eyewear products
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing
  • Actively generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Ensure proper product display and merchandising to enhance sales
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and distributor performance
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in insurance, retail, or relationship-based selling is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping Self-motivated and proactive
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Customer-focused with attention to detail
