Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Admission Counselor with strong consultative selling skills. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments and guiding professionals toward the right certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and convert into enrollments
• Follow up consistently and build strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Provide expert course guidance and explain career benefits
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and conversions
• Work closely with marketing for campaign insights and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in:
• Education / Training Sales
• Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales
• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
• Must be available in UAE for immediate joining
