Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Admission Counselor with strong consultative selling skills. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments and guiding professionals toward the right certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and convert into enrollments
- Follow up consistently and build strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Provide expert course guidance and explain career benefits
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and conversions
- Work closely with marketing for campaign insights and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in:
- Education / Training Sales
- Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales
- Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
- Must be available in UAE for immediate joining
