Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic inventory tasks
- Build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent experience in retail sales (fashion/watches/leather preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
