Role Overview
This role centers on driving revenue through land sales by taking prospects from first contact to signed deal. Day to day, you will actively build a pipeline, conduct product presentations at offices or project sites, and coordinate site viewings for prospective buyers. Your work is central to the company's growth, as you represent its brand in every client interaction and turn leads into closed sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a steady pipeline by actively prospecting new individual and corporate clients, and by identifying untapped market segments.
- Meet or exceed land sales targets set on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Book and conduct presentations for clients, covering project location, value proposition, pricing structures, and available payment plans.
- Manage follow-up communication with all prospects, pushing toward contract execution while maintaining high-quality after-sale support.
- Arrange and physically attend client visits to project sites, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress in the company CRM system.
- Chase and confirm payment collection from clients you source, addressing any billing or scheduling queries directly.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing lead generation, conversion rates, weekly plans, and obstacles encountered.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in any relevant field.
- Proven capability in a sales role, ideally involving land, real estate, or high-value products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to groups and individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including professional demeanor, punctuality, honesty, and loyalty to the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships from first contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Strong multitasking skills with the capacity to handle deadlines, appointments, and reporting simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and sound business judgment.
- Results-driven mindset with a positive, self-motivated approach to hitting targets.
