Sales Coordinator

Nine Ventures Décor & Tableware LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. The company specializes in supplying bespoke hospitality products to luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality groups, procurement companies, and interior designers across the UAE and international markets.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by coordinating with clients and suppliers, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up until order confirmation. This position is well suited for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries through email and phone in a professional manner.

• Understand client requirements, product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing.

• Prepare accurate quotations and maintain sales documentation.

• Follow up consistently with clients until orders are confirmed.

• Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) to suppliers.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and support day-to-day sales operations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar role is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.

• Good negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Hospitality supplies, hotel procurement, or FF&E experience is preferred.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Sales coordination and customer relationship management.

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and quotation preparation.

• Hospitality supplies, procurement processes, and supplier coordination.
