Job Summary

We are seeking high-performing Sales Agents to join the rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) sector in Kisumu. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy sales professional who is passionate about sustainable transport solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, educating the public on the technical and economic benefits of electric motorbikes, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-purchase support. Functional Area Accountabilities

Business Development & Lead Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and qualify new leads through direct outreach, networking, and digital platforms.

  • Execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within Kisumu and surrounding regions.

  • Track individual sales performance against monthly and quarterly revenue targets, providing detailed progress reports.

Consultative Selling & Brand Promotion

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations, emphasizing technical features like battery life, charging efficiency, and cost savings.

  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to increase brand visibility.

  • Educate potential clients on the environmental and maintenance advantages of switching from fuel to electric motorbikes.

Deal Negotiation & Client Success

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Manage the end-to-end closing process while ensuring a premium customer experience.

  • Provide robust after-sales support, resolving customer queries and coordinating the timely delivery of units.

  • Maintain a dedicated follow-up schedule to gather customer feedback and encourage referrals.

Market Intelligence & Administration

  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and strategies.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and transactions within the company’s CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align product offerings with evolving customer needs.

Professional Requirements

Qualifications & Background

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of verifiable experience in automobile sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding high-volume targets.

  • Licensing: A valid driving license is required (a motorbike category endorsement is a significant advantage).
