Safety Officer

Eye Media LLC is currently hiring a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is suitable for professionals with solid UAE-based safety experience who can effectively ensure compliance with local safety regulations and promote a safe working environment across sites. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling safety documentation, supervision, and risk control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE safety laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to staff and site personnel
• Supervise site activities to ensure safe work practices are followed
• Manage safety approvals and coordinate corrective actions when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE health and safety regulations and standards
• Experience in site supervision and hazard identification
• Ability to prepare detailed safety reports and conduct toolbox talks
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized approach to handling safety documentation and approvals
