Description:
Novel Hotel City Center is seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue Executive to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring room inventory, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and market trends to maximize revenue and occupancy levels. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily room inventory, room availability, pricing structures, and competitor rates
• Support and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR)
• Manage OTA channels and ensure rate parity across all booking platforms
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns
• Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue objectives
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning activities
• Identify new revenue-generating opportunities and improve overall yield performance
• Ensure accurate distribution of rates and inventory across reservation systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or front office operations
• Previous hospitality industry experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
