Dubai London Hospital Group is currently seeking experienced and qualified healthcare professionals to join its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department in Dubai. The organization is hiring for multiple specialized roles, including Claims Submission Officer, Reconciliation Officer, IP & OP Claims Auditor, and IP & OP Approvals Officer.
These positions are designed for professionals who have strong expertise in handling healthcare insurance processes and are well-versed in UAE payer requirements. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing various aspects of claims processing, approvals, auditing, and financial reconciliation within a healthcare setting.
Applicants must be either Medical Coders or Doctors, as this is a mandatory requirement for all positions. Candidates should also possess prior UAE experience in a similar role within the healthcare or RCM sector, along with a solid understanding of insurance claim procedures and coding standards.
The role involves working on inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) claims, ensuring accurate submission, verification, and processing of claims. You will also be responsible for auditing claims to ensure compliance, handling approvals efficiently, and managing reconciliation processes to maintain accurate financial records.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a thorough understanding of medical coding and insurance guidelines are essential for success in these roles. Candidates should also be familiar with UAE healthcare regulations and the operational requirements of insurance providers
