Resubmission Officer

Saudi German Hospital Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Resubmission Officer to join its Revenue Cycle Management team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in medical insurance claims handling and denial management within a healthcare environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing rejected insurance claims, correcting errors, and ensuring timely resubmission in compliance with payer guidelines. You will also work closely with internal departments to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate for successful claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze insurance claim rejections and denials

• Prepare and submit corrected claims within required timelines

• Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation

• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and payer requirements

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in claim resubmission processes

• Support smooth revenue cycle operations through proper follow-up

Requirements:

• Experience in medical insurance claims and resubmissions

• Strong knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and payer guidelines

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
