We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to act as the primary link between our guests and the kitchen. Your mandate is to maintain a seamless service rhythm, ensuring that every diner receives high-quality, prompt, and professional attention. You will be responsible for the front-of-house team’s performance, from shift briefings to high-pressure conflict resolution. Front-of-House Leadership
Supervise the daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is service-ready.
Coordinate the interaction between the bar, kitchen, and service staff to eliminate bottlenecks and delays.
Lead daily shift briefings to communicate specials, targets, and operational priorities.
Provide continuous coaching and on-the-job training to waiters and waitresses to elevate service standards.
Service Quality & Guest Relations
Monitor the flow of table service, intervening personally to resolve customer complaints or complex requests.
Foster a welcoming dining atmosphere through proactive guest engagement and feedback collection.
Ensure all front-of-house staff adhere to grooming standards and professional conduct.
Drive upselling initiatives to support the achievement of daily and monthly revenue goals.
Administrative & Compliance Oversight
Oversee the accuracy of the POS system, ensuring all billing, payment processing, and reconciliations are error-free.
Monitor stock levels for front-of-house essentials and report shortages or breakages to management.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations across the dining and service areas.
Minimize operational wastage through efficient resource management and staff accountability.
The Essentials
Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience in a supervisory role or as a Senior Waiter within a high-traffic restaurant or hotel setting.
Technical Familiarity: Practical knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic cash reconciliation.
Leadership Profile
