A Lebanese Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, team management, and customer service, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced F&B environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain service quality.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement procedures to improve productivity and overall restaurant performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Lebanese/Arabic cuisine or a similar F&B concept.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, guest experience, inventory, and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• UAE F&B experience is preferred.
