Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor restaurant performance, financial results, and operational efficiency.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining premium service standards.
