Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing, confirming, modifying, and cancelling reservations.
- Respond to guest enquiries through WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other channels.
- Assist with checking availability, rates and booking details.
- Liaise with guests, Housekeeping, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Assist with preparing booking confirmations, invoices, payment follow-ups, and guest information.
- Assist in preparing daily check-in and check-out lists.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
- Assist with handling guest requests, booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation-related concerns.
- Support the Reservations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure all reservations and guest information are accurately recorded and updated.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Speaking and/or writing Chinese is an added advantage.
