Job Description

Loan Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client growth, managing loan portfolios, and achieving performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience as a loan officer, collection officer, or relationship officer.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and retain clients to build a sustainable loan portfolio.
  • Meet loan disbursement and collection targets consistently.
