Your ability to balance genuine customer care with firm, professional follow-up directly protects company assets and supports sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new loan clients through referrals, outreach, and networking while cultivating repeat business from the current customer base.
- Manage a personal portfolio of loans from approval through full repayment, ensuring all documentation and follow-up steps are completed accurately.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to understand their financial circumstances and reinforce commitment to repayment schedules.
- Contact overdue borrowers to negotiate payment plans, resolve outstanding balances, and reduce delinquency rates.
- Meet individual and team disbursement quotas while ensuring collections remain on target each month.
- Keep clear, up-to-date records of client interactions, payment terms, and collection actions in the company's systems.
- Identify early warning signs of default and escalate or restructure accounts when appropriate to minimise losses.
- Represent the organisation with professionalism, ensuring every client receives clear information and courteous assistance.
