Description:
Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse – NICU to join its multidisciplinary nursing team. This opportunity is ideal for dedicated nursing professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to critically ill and premature newborns in a patient-centered healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering specialized neonatal care, monitoring patient progress, administering treatments, collaborating with medical teams, and supporting families throughout their baby’s care journey while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients while accurately documenting clinical observations.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support, educate, and communicate with parents and families throughout the patient’s care journey.
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/SAR experience as a NICU Registered Nurse.
• DHA License or Eligibility Letter.
• BLS certification (required).
• NRP certification (required).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Strong knowledge of:
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing.
• Clinical assessment and critical care practices.
• Infection control, patient safety, and neonatal care protocols.
